This beautiful day consisted of a slow morning, beautiful drive all through the Smoky Mountain national park, hiking to Abrams falls, eating lunch while sitting on the side of a mountain and now it’s about to end with a fancy dinner. First time voting. Stood in a terribly long line for 30 minutes, until a sweet old man told me to go inside to the indoor absentee voting that was “faster”, so I did. Then I had to wait for 3 hrs while a ball was passed around the room until it was my turn. Oh, and you absolutely couldn’t use your cell phone in that time. To my delight, I sat next to a man who talked to me about his extreme doses of acid back I’m the day- and then about this book he was reading. Then he gave it to me so I wouldn’t be bored. Cant make this stuff up.
