another one, just like the others

God’s love for us, that is true and real, creates a respite from Satan. All defeat comes from not loving or not loving well, which is the same thing. So then the man who is brave and true looks Satan with all his deception squarely in the face, and fights back, like some men and women of the good fight I know or Jesus Christ, who is truly brave… do it because they love with sufficient passion, to push death out of their minds… until it returns, as it does, to all men… and then you must you fight again to return to that Love, that comes from God.
Based on speech from Earnest Hemingway in Midnight in Paris. Some alterations but hey, he stole it from 1 John 4:18 anyways. Might as well bring it back to the source. (via youngmanandoldsoul)

“we listen to the word, to the silence of prayer, and to the poem of our own lives, for in all these God is speaking. And if God is speaking, then nothing else matters but listening.” (Taken with instagram)
